INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup of softened butter
- ½ cup of sugar
- ½ cup of packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1- ½ cups of mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large bananas)
- 3 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350°
- Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar
- Beat in the eggs, bananas and vanilla
- In a separate bowl combine the flour and baking soda. Add to the creamed mixture until combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean

Bake: 20 min + cooling
Yield: 18 muffins
