To begin, we’ll invite you in for a free initial consultation. When you come into our orthodontic office located in Raleigh, North Carolina, you’ll quickly find your moment of zen. Our offices are designed to be an oasis in your busy day, and we utilize the latest technology, offering a variety of safe and gentle treatment options to give you the customized, individual care you deserve.

We are committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable environment, so we’ve designed our office to make your orthodontic treatment as stress-free as possible. During your initial free consultation, our orthodontists in Raleigh will review your medical and dental histories, examine your radiographs (X-rays) that you’ve brought from your general dentist, and perform an oral evaluation. If you don’t have recent X-rays, we happily take those for you to see if there is anything that can help or perhaps hinder your orthodontic treatment.
Next, we’ll discuss your goals for treatment. The biggest indicator of success in orthodontic treatment is compliance. We’ve discovered that when our patients are actively involved in choosing a treatment option that fits their lifestyle, compliance is much more likely, more easily achieved, and you will love the results.
After all your treatment options have been explored, we’ll provide you with an overview of each plan to take home with you and answer any further questions you may have. If you are ready to move forward, we will set up your first orthodontic treatment appointment. Or, if you need more time to consider your plan options, then just give us a call once you make a decision and we will set up your first treatment appointment at that time.
What to bring to your initial visit
Please be sure to bring your medical and dental insurance cards, the most recent radiographs from your general dentist, and the completed new patient form. We are happy to answer any questions you have before and after your initial free consultation.
